2. Eligibility Requirements

To use GG PIPS, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where competitive trading tournaments are permitted
• You may only maintain one account per person
• You must complete identity verification (KYC) procedures as required for financial transactions

3. Service Description

GG PIPS is a competitive trading platform where users participate in skill-based tournaments involving simulated trading activities. Players compete against each other in real-time trading competitions with entry fees and prize pools.

Tournaments are synchronized competitions where 3 players trade simultaneously using virtual balance. Winners are determined by final profit/loss performance. Prize pools are distributed according to predefined structures.

The platform operates 24/7 for cryptocurrency markets. Other asset classes (forex, indices) are available during their respective market hours. We strive to maintain continuous service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

4. Account Obligations

As an account holder, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Not sharing your account with any other person
• All activities that occur under your account

5. Financial Terms

Deposits

Users can deposit funds using cryptocurrency:

• Cryptocurrency deposits are processed on blockchain networks
• Identity verification may be required before deposits are credited
• Deposit processing times vary based on blockchain network confirmation

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to:

• Mandatory identity and address verification
• Administrative approval for security and compliance purposes
• Blockchain network transaction fees (deducted from withdrawal amount)
• Processing time of 1-24 hours after approval

Tournament Entry & Prizes

Tournament participation involves:

• Entry fees paid from your account balance (non-refundable once tournament starts)
• Prize pools distributed according to published payout structures
• Users are solely responsible for any tax obligations on prizes won

7. Trading Rules

All tournament participants must adhere to the following rules:

• Multiple Positions: Users can open multiple positions simultaneously on different assets during tournaments
• Risk Management: Stop-loss and take-profit orders are available and automatically executed when triggered
• Tournament Timing: All tournaments start simultaneously for all participants when the required number of players join
• Market Data: Real-time market data is provided by third-party services and may experience delays or inaccuracies

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

• Use of automated trading systems, bots, or scripts
• Use of artificial intelligence or machine learning tools to assist with trading decisions
• Market manipulation, spoofing, or any form of fraudulent trading
• Collusion with other players or coordinated tournament manipulation
• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Fraudulent deposits, chargebacks, or payment disputes
• Exploiting platform bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Liability & Disclaimers

GG PIPS provides the platform on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties and make no guarantees regarding:

• Service Availability: Uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation of the platform
• Technical Issues: We are not liable for losses caused by technical failures, internet disruptions, or platform downtime
• Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for the performance or reliability of third-party data providers or payment processors
• Data Accuracy: Market data may contain errors, delays, or inaccuracies. We are not liable for trading decisions based on such data
• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, GG PIPS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms.

Grounds for Termination

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent activity or suspected money laundering
• Legal or regulatory requirements
• Extended inactivity (12+ months)

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, you may withdraw remaining funds subject to verification and compliance procedures. We reserve the right to retain records for regulatory purposes.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably through direct communication.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.

Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

14. Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and GG PIPS regarding use of the platform
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision
• Assignment: You may not transfer or assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent
